We do not collect payment card details on this website, since ShopWithFidos operates on a Pay on Delivery basis. Payment is made directly to the delivery agent, not through this site.

- To arrange delivery with our courier or dispatch partners
- To send you an order confirmation, if you provided an email address

Who we share it with
We share order details only with the people directly involved in fulfilling your order, such as our delivery agents, and with the service providers that power this website, including our hosting provider (Netlify) and our email delivery provider (Resend). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If we run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), we may share limited, de-identified information, such as a hashed version of your WhatsApp number, with Meta to help measure the effectiveness of our ads. This never includes your name, address, or any readable contact detail.

We retain order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, handle any after-sales questions, and meet our own bookkeeping needs, typically no longer than is necessary for these purposes.
